Dushi® Button is the Koppert Cress brand name for an edible flower. Very sweet, with some mint and perfume. Its sweet flavour makes it a good counterpart in bitter dishes. Because it contains a little camphor, it is not suitable as a sugar substitute. The name Dushi (sweetheart) was chosen because of the plant's South American character.
