

Basil Cress


Basil Cress is a strong, fresh basil cress with mild clove notes. The young leaves allow the cress to be used whole. Basil is an herb used worldwide. Most link it to Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. That basil is widely used in Indonesian and Thai cuisine is less well known.

Storage
Do NOT store Basil Cress in the refrigerator. Basil Cress should not be stored below 8 degrees.
Store Basil Cress for up to 7 days at a temperature of 12-16°C, for example in a pantry or cellar cupboard.
Prepare
Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the pantry or cellar cupboard.
