Gangnam Tops

A decorative and natural stalk with a crunchy and fresh mouthfeel. The fresh Gangnam Tops (belonging to the Sedum family) transition into a slightly bitter flavour reminiscent of purslane. In Korean cuisine, Sedum is already mentioned in the 16th and 17th centuries, as wild vegetable Namul, and in dishes like Dolnamul. Koreans know it mainly as a spring vegetable.
