Zalotti Blossom

Zalotti Blossom is a sprig of small purple flowers from the African basil plant. The flowers have a strong flavour of mint and basil. The name Basil derives from the ancient Greek word 'Basileus' meaning 'king' or 'royal'. The flowers of the plant are mainly used to decorate rice and vegetable dishes and give them a flavour twist.
