Sweet potato stew with Kalettes®

150gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 packets Kalettes® |
2 onions |
1 kg sweet potatoes |
½ teaspoon cumin seeds |
½ tsp chilli flakes |
½ teaspoon paprika powder |
2 tablespoons oil |
160 ml semi-skimmed milk |
pepper |
100 grams unsalted nuts |
Preparation
This sweet potato stew with Kalettes® is heartwarming on a cold winter day! Super easy to prepare and a feast for your taste buds!
1. Bake the sweet potatoes at 180 degrees in the oven in their skins for about 45 minutes until soft.
2. Toast ½ teaspoon cumin seeds and ½ teaspoon chilli flakes in a dry frying pan. Remove the seeds and flakes from the pan and mix with ½ teaspoon paprika.
3. Heat the milk.
4. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven, remove the inside of the sweet potato from the skin and mash well with warm milk, season with ground pepper and add the spice mixture.
5. Wash and separate the leaves of the Kalettes® and dry them thoroughly, but carefully, so as not to bruise the leaves. Clean the onions.
6. Fry the Kalettes®, along with the onions, in a large wok in a little oil. Then mix the Kalettes® with the sweet potato and spice mix.
7. Chop the nuts and garnish the dish with them. Enjoy your meal!
