Adji Cress is native to the Far East, especially Japan, South Korea and China. In Japan, the cress combined with oily fish has traditionally been a real delicacy. The leaves were eaten as a vegetable. They were popular among the people for their supposed cooling and blood-curdling properties.

Storage
Store Adji Cress in the refrigerator. It can be kept there for up to 7 days (2-7°C). Keep the cress between 2 and 4°C for optimum quality.

Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the refrigerator.
