Affilla Cress® is characterised by its decorative shape. Affilla Cress® is related to the sugar snap pea. In terms of flavour, you can use the product as a substitute for pea. Because of its sweet flavour, it combines well with bitter, sour dishes, among other things.

Storage
Affilla Cress® grows very quickly. If you store the cress outside the fridge, it will grow at least 1 cm per day. This is not a bad thing, but it will cause the tray to dry out quickly, so if you store it outside the fridge, water it regularly. If you store Affilla Cress® in the fridge, it will keep for up to 7 days (2-7°C).
Preparing
Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the refrigerator.
