Sakura Cress® has the flavour of radish and ramson ash. The deep red colour of the cress makes your dish extra attractive. The red colour is caused by a high content of anthocyanins. More than a hundred times than in ordinary radishes. Normal radishes may have a red corm, but the cress leaves are simply green.

Storage
Store Sakura Cress® in the refrigerator. It can be kept there for up to 7 days (2-7°C).
Prepare
Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the refrigerator.
