Angelica is a versatile herb. In cooking, angelica has been used for hundreds of years. The fresh green leaves and young shoots are used as herbs. The stems and leaves can be used as a vegetable. The roots and seeds are made into essential oil, which is used in personal care products.

Storage
Angelica is best eaten on the day of purchase or picking. Store the fresh leaves in a bag in the vegetable drawer of the fridge. You can keep angelica there for another 2 days.
