Celery leaves

Celery leaf is a garden herb similar to parsley, but it has a much stronger flavour. Other names for leaf celery are cut celery, bush celery or bush celery. The plant can grow over 1 metre tall. Leaf celery is related to celery and celeriac. The difference with celery is that celery leaves are also eaten. In addition, the stem of celery is eaten as a vegetable and celery leaves as herbs.
