Atsina® Cress tastes like sweet anise and liquorice. Atsina® Cress is named after an Indian tribe in North America. These used the leaves of the plant to make a hot drink, which helped with respiratory problems (there is no scientific evidence for this, however) and above all tasted deliciously sweet too.

Store Atsina® Cress in the refrigerator. It can be kept there for up to 7 days (2-7ºC).

Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the refrigerator.
