Borage Cress

Borage Cress is popularly called 'cucumber cress'. The cress has a fresh cucumber flavour with briny notes of oyster. Its Arabic name comes from 'Abu Rache', Abu being father and Rache being sweat. If you are sick and you eat Borage, you will sweat and this is said to speed up healing.
