BroccoCress® is the Koppert Cress brand name for an edible plant. BroccoCress® has a mild broccoli flavour. Some tasters also find it a bit radish-like. It is delicious paired with a cheese sandwich and in salads. It is also suitable for finishing soups and sauces.

Storage
Store BroccoCress® in the refrigerator for up to 7 days at a temperature of 2-7°C.
Prepare
Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the pantry or cellar cupboard.
