Ghoa cress has a fresh citrus flavour and a mild coriander fragrance. Surprisingly, even the seed pods are edible. Ghoa Cress gets its name from its Indian origins, where it can be found with almost all dishes. Goa is the name of a state in India located on the West Coast. The sprouts go extremely well with Asian dishes.
