Preparation & storage

    Storage
Loganberries are very fragile. Spread them out on a plate to prevent bruising. Make sure the loganberries do not get damp. If necessary, put them on kitchen paper. You can keep the loganberries in the fridge for 1-3 days.

Freezing: let the loganberries freeze, spread out on a plate. Then pack them in a container and put them back in the freezer.

How do I know if loganberries are no longer good? The loganberries are mouldy or limp. You can quickly recognise decay by looking, smelling or tasting.
