Mustard Cress

Mustard Cress has a strong wasabi and mustard flavour. Mustard Cress is a delicious seasoning in salads, but also delicious in combination with carpaccio or raw fish. Mustard Cress is a very Dutch product. It is often thought that all the yellow fields we see in summer are rapeseed crops. On the contrary, quite a few fields are actually mustard crops.
