The flavour of Sea Fennel® is described as aromatic, spicy and asparagus. The plant is found near the beaches of the Black Sea and near the North Atlantic coast. In the wild, the plant is among the endangered species. The plant is therefore protected in many places. Sea Fennel® is known to contain about 30 volatile oils, including a component of citrus fruit and root.
