

Sechuan Cress


Sechuan Cress® has pale green leaves with a mouthfeel from slightly bubbly (champagne) to tingly numbing. This cress was developed from the plant that also has the Sechuan Button as its flower. The plant is found in both Africa and South America. The name refers to the flavour sensation, similar to dishes from Chinese Szechuan cuisine.

Storage
Store Sechuan Cress® in a cool place, for example in a pantry or cellar cupboard. It can be kept there for up to 7 days (12-16°C).
Prepare
Cut off what you need and then put the plant back in the cupboard.
