Syrha Leaves® add a fresh sour accent to salads, soups, fish dishes and game. The flavour comes from natural oxalic acid and ascorbic acid. Oxalic acid is found in potatoes and rhubarb. Ascorbic acid is better known as vitamin C. Syrha Leaves® are the blue-green leaves with silver glow.
