The Vitapep is the ideal snack pepper. You eat the Vitapep right out of your hand! The Vitapep is crunchy, sweet-tasting and packed with vitamin C. Mix the colourful sweet pepper into a salad. Or eat this healthy vegetable as a snack between meals. This makes it really easy to get your daily portion of vegetables!

Storage
Vitapep is best stored in a cool place (approx. 12-15 °C). Preferably in the original packaging. Packaged Vitapep stays fresh for longer.
Do not store fruit vegetables, such as Vitapep, in the refrigerator, as fruit vegetables want to ripen a little longer. Too cold a temperature disturbs this process.
If stored properly, Vitapeps will keep for up to a week.

Vitapeps can also be kept in the freezer. Just before freezing, blanch for 2 minutes (heat briefly). At a minimum of -18 °C, Vitapep will keep for up to 12 months in a well-sealed container or bag.
How can I tell if a Vitapep is no longer good? The Vitapep is mouldy or has rotten spots. You can recognise decay by looking, smelling or tasting.
