





Flat pepper






Flat pepper has the shape of a beef tomato, but the skin of a pepper. This pepper is therefore also called tomato pepper. During ripening, this fruit vegetable turns from dark green to bright red. The flavour is clearly that of (red) peppers.

Preparation & storage
First wash and then cut in half. When doing so, remove the seeds with the seeds and also the stem end.

Would you like to eat the flat pepper raw? Then first let the sweet pepper come to room temperature.
