Preparation & storage

    Storage

On the fruit shelf, pears ripen in about 4 to 7 days. In the fridge it takes a little longer because of the cold, they can then be kept for 2 to 4 weeks.

    Preparation

Pears with a fresh-sweet taste and a firm bite, such as Xenia® go well with, for instance, smoothies, cakes and cheese boards. But you can also eat them on the go.
