Asparagus with almond crumbs

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 hand | peeled almonds |
| 1 slice | brown bread |
| 600 grams | asparagus |
| 1 teaspoon | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | liquid margarine |
Preparation
- Peel the asparagus and cut off the hard bottom.
- Boil the asparagus in plenty of water for 8 - 10 minutes and let them cook in the cooling cooking water.
- Toast the slice of bread and crumble it.
- Chop the almonds.
- Heat the margarine and fry the breadcrumbs and almond crumbs until golden brown.
- Season this mixture with pepper and a little balsamic vinegar.
- Drain the asparagus, put them on a dish and sprinkle the crumbs on top.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with boiled eggs and mashed potatoes.
