Ingredients

2 persons

2 cassavas
2 tablespoons olive oil
paprika
pepper

Preparation

You might know it from the bags from the supermarket: cassava chips. But you can also make these yourself very simply!

  1. First, peel the cassavas. Then cut the tubers into very thin slices with a cheese slicer or sharp knife
  2. Take a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper and spread the cassava on the sheet.
  3. Brush the cassava thinly with olive oil on both sides and add the spices.
  4. Bake the cassava in the oven for 20-30 min, depending on the thickness of your slices.
