Preparation
You might know it from the bags from the supermarket: cassava chips. But you can also make these yourself very simply!
- First, peel the cassavas. Then cut the tubers into very thin slices with a cheese slicer or sharp knife
- Take a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper and spread the cassava on the sheet.
- Brush the cassava thinly with olive oil on both sides and add the spices.
- Bake the cassava in the oven for 20-30 min, depending on the thickness of your slices.
