Baked apples and apple crisps with ice cream

Ingredients
2 persons
3 apples |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
possibly liquid sweetener |
2 scoops of fruit sorbet ice cream (e.g. lemon or forest fruit) |
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
2. For apple chips, wash 1 apple and scrape from stem into thin slices (at least 16). Place apple slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper and leave to dry in the oven for about 90 minutes until crispy. Carefully remove apple chips from oven and let cool on a plate.
3. Peel remaining apples, remove core and cut into wedges.
4. Heat margarine in frying pan. Add apple segments and sweetener and fry for 4-5 minutes. Arrange apple segments on 2 plates. Scoop a scoop of sorbet ice cream into the middle. Insert the apple chips. Enjoy!
