Ingredients

100 g strawberries or raspberries |
150 ml low-fat custard with sweetener |
150 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
Preparation
Vlaflip with strawberries, raspberries, low-fat custard and semi-skimmed yoghurt. Following grandmother's recipe, but without the unnecessary sugars of the lemonade syrup. Just as tasty and a lot healthier!
- Halve the strawberries.
- Divide the custard between 2 glasses. Put some strawberries on top.
- Pour the yoghurt on top and divide the rest of the fruit on top.
