Ingredients

2 persons

100 g strawberries or raspberries
150 ml low-fat custard with sweetener
150 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt

Preparation

Vlaflip with strawberries, raspberries, low-fat custard and semi-skimmed yoghurt. Following grandmother's recipe, but without the unnecessary sugars of the lemonade syrup. Just as tasty and a lot healthier!

  1. Halve the strawberries.
  2. Divide the custard between 2 glasses. Put some strawberries on top.
  3. Pour the yoghurt on top and divide the rest of the fruit on top.
