Blackberry granita

150gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
300 g blackberries |
2 dl water |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon honey |
Preparation
1. Puree the blackberries with the water, sugar and honey in a blender.
2. Pour the mixture into a large, flat dish and cover with cling film.
3. Place the bowl in the freezer for 2 hours. After these 2 hours, loosen the mixture with a fork. Then it goes back into the freezer for another 2 hours. After those 2 hours, loosen again with a fork and then for the last 2 hours in the freezer. Then loosen again with a fork. Then the blackberry granita is ready.
4. Spoon the granita into 2 tall glasses. Enjoy!
Good to know: Preparation time does not include waiting time in the freezer.
