Blackberry dessert with ladyfingers and vanilla custard

100-125 g blackberries |
2 long fingers |
200 ml low-fat vanilla custard |
Preparation
It's blackberry time again! Want to teach your kids to eat blackberries? Then try making this blackberry dessert. Indeed, blackberries are super delicious in this quick dessert with ladyfingers and (low-fat) vanilla custard.
- Squeeze half the orange.
- Wash the blackberries and leave them with the orange juice in a cool place for an hour.
- Coarsely crumble the ladyfingers and divide between 2 glass coupes.
- Spoon the blackberries with the juice on top and pour the custard over them.
