Braised apple with honey and cinnamon

2 press oranges |
1 cinnamon stick |
1 tablespoon liquid honey |
Preparation
Did you know that you can also stew apples really well? Delicious stewed apple in orange juice with cinnamon and honey. Simple, quick to prepare and super sensible!
- Squeeze the oranges.
- Break the cinnamon stick in half.
- Drill the cores out of the apples and peel the apples.
- Place the apples in a small saucepan. Fill the cavity with half the cinnamon stick.
- Drizzle some honey over the apples.
- Pour in the orange juice and let the apples cook for about 10 minutes.
