Dessert with apricot, banana and hazelnuts

125gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 large banana |
2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese |
1/2 orange |
25g unsalted chopped hazelnuts |
lemon juice |
4 fresh apricots |
1 tablespoon low-fat yoghurt |
Preparation
1. Pull the skin off the apricots, halve them and remove the seeds. Then cut them into pieces.
2. Slice the bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Gently mix the apricots, bananas and nuts.
Scrub the orange clean and grate the peel finely. Squeeze the orange.
5. Mix 1.5 tablespoons orange juice, 1/2 tablespoon orange zest, the yoghurt and the cottage cheese to make a sauce.
6. Divide the fruit between 2 glasses and spread the sauce on top.
