Mango lassi

Ingredients

2 persons

1/2 mango
150 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt
100 ml carbonated water

Preparation

This mango lassi is a variation on the popular fresh Indian yoghurt drink. On the table within 10 minutes, super easy to make and serve ice-cold immediately.

  1. Peel half the mango and cut the flesh from the stone into small cubes.
  2. Divide them between 2 tall glasses.
  3. Dilute the yoghurt with carbonated spring water and pour over the mango.
  4. Serve immediately and serve with a spoon.
