Mango lassi

1/2 mango |
150 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
100 ml carbonated water |
Preparation
This mango lassi is a variation on the popular fresh Indian yoghurt drink. On the table within 10 minutes, super easy to make and serve ice-cold immediately.
- Peel half the mango and cut the flesh from the stone into small cubes.
- Divide them between 2 tall glasses.
- Dilute the yoghurt with carbonated spring water and pour over the mango.
- Serve immediately and serve with a spoon.
