Mango cream

130gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 ripe mango |
1/2 orange |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
50 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
Preparation
Tasty, responsible desserts don't have to be complicated at all. This tropical mango, orange and yoghurt cream is on the table in 15 minutes.
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone.
- Keep a few nice strips for garnishing and puree the rest of the flesh with a hand blender or in a food processor.
- Squeeze the orange and stir the orange juice and lemon juice into the mango puree.
- Fold in the yoghurt.
- Divide between 2 glasses and garnish with the mango strips.
Tip: Need a little lemon juice? Do not cut the lemon, but prick a hole in it and squeeze out some juice. If necessary, use lemon juice from a bottle. A bottle of lemon juice will keep in the fridge sealed for weeks.
