Mango cream

130gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 ripe mango
1/2 orange
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt

Preparation

Tasty, responsible desserts don't have to be complicated at all. This tropical mango, orange and yoghurt cream is on the table in 15 minutes.

  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone.
  2. Keep a few nice strips for garnishing and puree the rest of the flesh with a hand blender or in a food processor.
  3. Squeeze the orange and stir the orange juice and lemon juice into the mango puree.
  4. Fold in the yoghurt.
  5. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish with the mango strips.

Tip: Need a little lemon juice? Do not cut the lemon, but prick a hole in it and squeeze out some juice. If necessary, use lemon juice from a bottle. A bottle of lemon juice will keep in the fridge sealed for weeks.
