Melon stuffed with fruit salad

460gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
75 g strawberries |
50 g cherries |
50 g raspberries |
50 g currants |
1 nectarine |
1 tablespoon low-fat cottage cheese |
possibly sweetener |
1 small melon (charentais or net melon) |
Preparation
1. Cut off a cap from the melon. Remove the seeds and hollow out the melon with a melon ball spoon. Put the melon balls in a bowl.
2. Clean the other fruits.
3. Halve the strawberries and dice the nectarines.
4. Stir the fruit into the melon balls.
5. Stir the cottage cheese through the fruit together with some sweetener, if necessary. Spoon the salad into the hollowed-out melon.
6. Refrigerate the melon for about 1 hour before serving. Spoon out romantically together. Enjoy!
