Festive Fruitbowl

90gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
10 persons
250 g strawberries or banana slices |
150 g raspberries or mango pieces |
approx. 300 g melon pieces |
3 dl carbonated mineral water |
6 dl cold cassis light |
200 g redcurrants or small can of pineapple pieces in their own juice |
possibly sweetener powder |
Preparation
1. Rinse the redcurrants in a sieve under the tap. Then remove them from the stems with a fork over a (bowl) bowl. Sprinkle with some sweetener if necessary.
2. Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns.
3. Rinse the raspberries in a sieve and remove the crowns.
4. Put the strawberries and raspberries in the bowl as well.
5. Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds. Scoop balls out of the melon with a scoop spoon. Put the melon in the bowl as well.
6. Pour the cassis and mineral water over the fruit. Place the bowl, covered, in the fridge until you are going to use it. Enjoy this festive treat!
