Ingredients

2 persons

2 slices of melon
black pepper
8 mint leaves
2 tablespoons cottage cheese

Preparation

Tasty, responsible desserts do not have to be complicated at all. This recipe of melon with mint and cottage cheese is on the table in 10 minutes.

  1. Cut the flesh of the melon into cubes. Season with a little black pepper.
  2. Wash the mint and trim the leaves.
  3. Mix the mint into the melon and divide between 2 plates.
  4. Spoon a little cottage cheese on top.
