Melon salad with mint and cottage cheese

2 slices of melon |
black pepper |
8 mint leaves |
2 tablespoons cottage cheese |
Preparation
Tasty, responsible desserts do not have to be complicated at all. This recipe of melon with mint and cottage cheese is on the table in 10 minutes.
- Cut the flesh of the melon into cubes. Season with a little black pepper.
- Wash the mint and trim the leaves.
- Mix the mint into the melon and divide between 2 plates.
- Spoon a little cottage cheese on top.
