lemon juice |
15 g walnuts |
4 sprigs of chives |
30 g light cream cheese natural |
Preparation
Idea for a tasty, easy dessert: stuffed pear with cream cheese with walnuts.
- Peel the pear, halve it and remove the core. Drizzle some lemon juice over the pear.
- Chop the walnuts.
- Wash the chives and cut the sprigs small.
- Mix the nuts and chives with the cream cheese and season with some pepper.
- Fill the cavities of the pear with this and place the pear halves on plates.
