Ingredients

2 persons

1 tablespoon dried cranberries without sugar
pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
150 ml low-fat Greek yoghurt
2 red apples

Preparation

This tasty dessert with apple, cranberries and honey is super fast on the table, within 15 minutes you are ready! A feast for the whole family.

  1. Mix the dried cranberries and cinnamon with the honey.
  2. Divide the yoghurt between 2 bowls.
  3. Wash the apples and drill out the cores. Cut the apples into thin slices.
  4. Pile the slices back together and place them in the yoghurt.
  5. Drizzle the honey over them.
