Plum dessert with sorbet ice cream

190gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
250 g plums
1 orange
2 tablespoons shaved almonds
1 sachet vanilla sugar
2 scoops of sorbet ice cream
Preparation
1. Wash the plums, halve them and remove the stone. Cut the halved plums again.
2. Scrub the orange clean and grate 1 teaspoon of orange peel off.
3. Cut the orange in half. Peel it, cut the flesh into slices and then into cubes. Squeeze out the juice: collect the juice and save the flesh.
4. In a bowl, stir together the orange juice, grated zest and vanilla sugar. Spoon in the plums and orange (flesh).
5. Leave the salad to stand (in the fridge) for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavour to develop.
6. Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
7. Spoon the plum salad into 2 wide bowls. Spoon a ball of sorbet ice cream in the middle and sprinkle the almond shavings on top. Enjoy!
