Celery soup

310gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 onion |
pepper |
20g flour |
dash of light cream |
20g liquid margarine |
1/2 green pepper |
1/2 shrub of celery |
5 dl stock with less salt |
Preparation
1. Clean and chop the celery very small.
Peel and chop the onion.
3. Clean and thinly slice the pepper.
4. Heat the margarine. Fry the onion and then the pepper in it. Add the flour and, while stirring, the stock. Stir to make a smooth soup. Add the celery and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Flavour the soup with freshly ground pepper and cooking cream. Fill 2 soup bowls with the soup. Enjoy!
