Cherimoya dessert

1 ripe cherimoya |
80 ml unsweetened (vanilla) almond drink |
2 teaspoons chopped unsalted pistachios |
Preparation
Cherimoya is deliciously sweet fruit; super delicious when combined with almond drink and unsalted pistachios in this raw vegan dessert.
- Cut the cherimoya in half lengthwise and remove the black seeds. This is very easy as they are loose, then you can cut or scoop out the flesh. Use only the flesh, you cannot eat the seeds and skin.
- Blend the pulp with the almond drink in a blender until smooth (only takes a few seconds).
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar and cover.
- Put the jar in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Stir in the unsalted pistachios.
