Fruit salad with persimmon (sharonfruit), kiwi and banana

Ingredients
2 persons
1 banana |
1 kiwi |
1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice |
2 tablespoons of sugar-free lemonade syrup (light) |
1 sharonfruit (persimmon) |
Preparation
1. In a bowl, stir together the lime juice and syrup.
2. Wash the sharonfruit (persimmon), remove the crown and cut into cubes.
3. Peel and slice the banana.
4. Stir the banana and sharonfruit into the syrup.
5. Peel the kiwi, cut into slices and stir into the fruit salad.
6. Divide the salad between 2 bowls or glasses. Enjoy!
