Ingredients

2 persons

50 grams grilled pepper
1 large shrub of chicory
100 grams steamed mackerel
1/2 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
cayenne pepper

Preparation

This endive salad with mackerel and grilled paprika dressing is a whirlwind of flavour. And besides being extremely delicious, it is also easy to prepare and very healthy!

  1. Puree the grilled paprika with the piece of garlic, the oil, some cayenne pepper and some balsamic vinegar into a dressing.
  2. Clean and chop the chicory. Immediately mix in the dressing.
  3. Divide this between 2 plates.
  4. Divide the steamed mackerel into pieces and top with the endive.
