Chicory salad with mackerel and grilled pepper dressing

Ingredients
2 persons
50 grams grilled pepper |
1 large shrub of chicory |
100 grams steamed mackerel |
1/2 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
cayenne pepper |
Preparation
This endive salad with mackerel and grilled paprika dressing is a whirlwind of flavour. And besides being extremely delicious, it is also easy to prepare and very healthy!
- Puree the grilled paprika with the piece of garlic, the oil, some cayenne pepper and some balsamic vinegar into a dressing.
- Clean and chop the chicory. Immediately mix in the dressing.
- Divide this between 2 plates.
- Divide the steamed mackerel into pieces and top with the endive.
