Grilled celery

250gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

½ dl semi-skimmed milk
1 egg
nutmeg
500g celeriac
40g grated mature 30+ cheese

Preparation

1. Peel the celeriac and cut the vegetable into sticks.
2. Cook the vegetables in little water for about 15 minutes until tender.
3. Beat the egg with the milk. Stir in the grated cheese with some pepper and nutmeg.
4. Put the drained celeriac in an ovenproof dish and spoon the cheese-egg mixture over it.
5. Lightly brown the dish under a hot grill.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with pork fillet and potatoes.
