Vega balls in spicy tomato sauce

Ingredients

10 vegetarian meatballs |
1 small onion |
1 clove of garlic |
4 sprigs of celery |
1 tablespoon of oil |
200 grams of diced tomatoes without salt |
paprika |
chilli powder |
Preparation
- Clean and chop the onion and garlic.
- Wash the celery and chop the stalks small.
- Fry the onion, garlic and celery stalks the oil.
- Add the diced tomatoes and bring to the boil. Let the sauce simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Spice up the sauce with paprika and chilli powder.
- Stir the vegetarian meatballs into the sauce and warm them for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the small chopped celery leaves.
- Keep the meatballs warm in the sauce and serve with skewers.
