Carrot with yoghurt horseradish dip

100gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon horseradish |
2 tablespoons semi-skimmed yoghurt or low-fat cottage cheese |
10 carrots |
pepper |
Preparation
1. Wash the carrots, scrape them and cut them into chips if necessary.
2. Mix the yoghurt and horseradish paste in a small bowl.
3. Add freshly ground pepper and leave in the fridge for an hour.
