Avocado dip

40gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 small avocado (approx. 80g) |
lemon juice |
2 tablespoons cocktail sauce |
1 teaspoon chilli powder |
pepper |
1 tablespoon sour cream |
Preparation
1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel both halves.
2. Sprinkle the halves with lemon juice and mash the flesh or rub it through a sieve.
3. Stir the cocktail sauce, chilli powder and sour cream into the avocado puree. Add freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve the avocado dip immediately. Enjoy!
