Grilled fennel

Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon oil |
1 - 2 fennel tubers |
Preparation
1. Wash the fennel under running water and remove the bottom disc.
2. Cut the fennel vertically into thin slices.
3. Brush the fennel slices with a little oil.
4. Brown and cook the fennel slices in a grill pan or on the barbecue for 8-10 minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with gnocchi with salsa verde and walnuts.
