315gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 tablespoon of oil
1 orange
6-8 stalks of chicory

Preparation

1. Heat the grill pan to medium heat.
2. Scrub the orange clean and grate some of the zest. Squeeze the orange.
3. Whisk the grated orange zest and some pepper into the orange juice.
4. Clean the chicory and cut the bushes into quarters.
5. Brush the wedges thinly with oil.
6. Grill the chicory for 4-6 minutes until tender.
7. Drizzle the orange dressing on top.
8. Eat the vegetables warm or at room temperature.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with pine nuts and potatoes.
