Homemade rhubarb puree

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
500 g rhubarb |
liquid sweetener |
2 piping cinnamon |
approx. 1 tablespoon potato flour |
Preparation
1. Clean the rhubarb. Wash the rhubarb and cut into pieces.
2. Cook the rhubarb with the cinnamon in a little water for 10 minutes.
3. Make a lump-free paste out of some potato flour and a little water.
Stir the rhubarb fine and thicken the liquid with a little potato flour.
5. Let the purée cool and add liquid sweetener to taste.
