Stir-fried courgette

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1-2 courgettes |
1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé) |
1 tablespoon oil |
½ tablespoon sesame seeds |
1 clove garlic |
Preparation
1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
2. Wash the courgettes, halve them lengthwise and slice them.
3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the crushed garlic in it.
4. Add the courgettes with the ginger powder and some pepper and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
5. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a vegetarian schnitzel and mashed potatoes.
